We are happy to accept drop-off patients during normal weekday business hours! Thursday (weekly) is designated for scheduled surgeries and drop-off patients until 2pm. Walk-in visits will be limited to technician visits such as vaccines and nail trims that do not need an exam. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions! When I moved to Seattle I called to establish primary care for my 15 year old dog. I totally understand having to wait a month for an appointment and said it was fine. This past Monday my dog was having a tough weekend and was sick, I called and asked if I could come in and see a vet early - knowing my appointment was in a week. I have been coming to see Dr. B for ten years. She and her team are amazing except for the inept front desk receptionist. In the past week I have called to make an appointment and have only been able to reach the voicemail. I left a message and was never called back. RecommendedMy family has brought our dogs to Dr. B and her clinic for care for several years. Her experience, bedside manner, and customer service is excellent. Though we could find a vet in Bellevue or Redmond (we moved out of Seattle in 2015) but we make the drive to Caring Pet Clinic for all of our routine visits and even our emergency care. They are dedicated, conduct themselves with professionalism and fairness, and their thoroughness is highly valued. We recommend this clinic to all.
Being an established patient with 2 dogs, one sick this morning, I called at 7:00 and outgoing message wasn’t changed to say they don’t accept walk-ins due to Covid 19. So I packed my sick Pickle up and trudged over only to be told no, they couldn’t see my sick dog. They said I should have checked their FB page. I’ve checked it now and it says nothing (that I can see) since June 1st. Not a great way to communicate! More importantly, established patient, clearly sick—turned away! I've been taking my pets here for years! Hands down the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. I really get the sense that everyone here cares deeply for each and every pet that comes through the doors and it's more affordable than any other place I've been to.
