The most caring staff anyone can have for their loved one. The team at Companion Home Care are very supportive to my mother’s growing needs. They maintain regular contact with both myself and my mother to ensure we are fully aware of service times, and importantly, they provide constant feedback on her wellbeing to ensure she is safe and comfortable in her own home. This company should not be in business. I have grave concerns about the safety of the people in their care. They got the medical records wrong , consistently failed to correctly brief the staff, denied services due to their record error, failed to find the error despite me constantly asking them to check. They have random things delivered without warning. Therapy aids arrive without instruction and are never used unless I as the advocate am following up.
