Lived here for 6 months while needing to commute to Clemson University. While apartments are a bit larger than any "city-type" apartment, my lease ends this month and i'm still not sure whether i'm living in a retirement community or an apartment complex. $605 per month will get you a 1 bedroom apartment (2 full rooms, 1 bath, 1 walk-in closet, 1 kitchen).
