Had a very thoughtless and uncaring time putting my cat down. The tech and vet seemed afraid of the cat and they were not direct and honest with me as to what was happening. The Vet that sold the hospital to CAPNA was an animal whisperer and these folks that dealt with me were just the opposite. Sad, where is the compassion?
