My first attempt at writing this review was three pages long. That being said, I am going to sum this up in a few sentences. The care and personal devotion Dr. Steffen provided was amazing. Anytime one is dealing with an ill pet emotions run high and she was the voice of calm and reason. She made herself available to us day and night with our questions and caring support.
