My previous vet had my dog confined to the crate for a "back injury" and had me spending $$$ on fancy pain meds. I was stressed to the max that my dog was going to end up requiring an expensive surgery, and my dog was miserable. Five minutes with Dr. Harden and I learned that my dog had a common genetic ailment. The treatment: Baby aspirin for pain and "let your dog be a dog." I left feeling all the stress melt away.
