We believe our dog received sub-par care at Companion, in Lake Zurich, and has since passed away at 8 years old. Our dog was seen 3 times in a 6-week period for stomach issues, lethargy and decreased appetite. Each time we were told his physical and lab work were normal. One week after his last supposedly "normal" exam at Companion, our dog was diagnosed by a vet at another clinic with lymphoma.
