They posted a picture of a cat Nala that needed a home. Called and spoke with one of their staff on Monday and told them I was interested in adopting her. They even left me go meet her and said their director or manager or whoever was not there but would let her know I was interested in adopting her. Waited to hear from them all week and was getting myself prepared to get her. Today they left me a message on my phone that she found a home and thanking me for my interest. Really? I took my sweet little cockatoo Baby there today to see Dr.Paige and she was so caring and compassionate. She explained everything they were going to do,she helped set my mind at ease. I would recommend Dr.Paige and the entire staff at Companion Animal Hospital for your animal babies. Thank you all, you're the best.
I have to give all of the techs and doctors a great big thank you & hugs for loving and taking such good care of my Chocolate Lab, Molly for the last 3 days. Ever since Molly was diagnosed with Kidney disease at 6 months old, she has been so majorly special to me. She is now 6 yrs old and is having major complications and progression of her disease and all of the staff at Compamion have been wonderful!! They cared & loved her and were just absolutely wonderful. Thank you Compamion staff for being so awesome!!
This use to be a place where you felt you and the staff were working together in your pets' best interests. Somewhere along the way they lost that. Now they feel brazen enough to do procedures without prior approval and completely ignore your requests. Then when you get rightfully upset about it, they have the nerve to call you "difficult." And to top it off, my dog sat in a kennel all day for no reason, as they didn't even do the surgery she was scheduled for.
