Called to ask for updates and gave me tips – Had my baby spayed on Sunday, since then they will call everyday and ask for updates and give me tips about how to take care of her. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Left feeling like we had a pleasant experience – I don't know how recently management (or is it ownership?) changed over, but after reading all the previous reviews I can only image that it must have been very recent because I couldn't find a single complaint about my experience with this facility after a visit last night. I was actually recommended by a co-worker who had taken her kitten here a month or two ago. Wow! Just came across these reviews by accident. I'm shocked. Unless the staff is completely different than it was three years ago, I find it hard to believe that they were rude to anyone! I used to take my dog there (he had cancer - which Dr. Bower discovered, by the way, when at least five other vets couldn't figure out what was wrong with him). Thanks to the Drs and professional staff at Companion Animal Hospital. I feel like you all truly love what you do! Every time I come in to see you, both me and my kitten have had such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable--I'm really impressed! Ever since I moved to San Carlos you have made me feel so welcome to the area and to your family.

Grateful for what they did – Dr. Bower and his staff (both reception and vet techs, etc.) have always been great! Dr. Bower has prolonged the lives by 1-2 years of 2 of my cats who had pretty bleak prognoses from other general vets. Not only did he diagnose and treat them, but their quality of life was much improved also. Wonderful Place – Wonderful place to bring your animals. We thought our cat hurt her front paw, as she was limping. This place is open AWESOME hours, so its easy for me to take her in after work. The Veterinarian (Dr. Mottishaw) there was amazing
