This is a great veterinary clinic! Dr. Pagel is an expert on cats, both large and small. He is very thorough and I can tell that he and his staff care deeply about the overall physical, social, and emotional well-being of cats. I don't have a dog, but I imagine that they provide the same level of high quality care to any animal. I trust this clinic completely and have gone to them with my first cat, Olivia, and now my two male cats who are brothers. Super-friendly staff who remember us and all of our furry friends as if we were family.
This was our first time with Dr Laura and she was absolutely lovely! She reassured me that I was doing as much as I could for Chleo's teeth (she's 12), and even let me know that I have a little bit of time before we really need to pull one so I didn't feel pressured. I look forward to her meeting Shiloh next.
