We scheduled an appointment to determine IF our dog needed any dental treatment. Without our knowledge, they blocked off the afternoon for surgery “in case” she needed it. We did not know this. Our pup was sick the night before and we canceled the check-up to take her to the vet, then found out it was a non-refundable payment (within 24 hrs) since they had blocked off surgery time that again, we did not consent to. We move out of state in a couple days so offering to apply the payment in the future is no help.
Everyone has been so nice so far... Stanley is in surgery now to fix his broken jaw!
They were absolutely amazing! They don't just take care of your pet, they take care of you. They listened to my worries, and they guided me every step of the way. I know my baby Hermes will be in good hands with future care here!
Dr. Goodman absolutely saved our sweet old man- we can’t thank them enough!! We can’t rave enough about this whole team!
