It was great to get an emergency appointment, but now I see why they have openings. The vet tech held my 40+ lb dog by her collar instead of holding her body. My dog has never had issue with shots before, but reacted horribly with the way this vet chose to mishandle my dog. It's ok in an emergency situation, but I would not recommend to someone searching for a regular vet.
