We use to use Companion all the time. Loved it, loved the veterinarian Kathy. She's great with animals but I'm very disappointed and I do not understand her reasoning behind her choices. Our animals were rejected because of breed and we were rejected again today (for my cat) because we chose to take our dogs (pit mix's, who she refused to see at 6 weeks old) to another clinic. after using this vet for a few years they refuse to see my 7 week old pitbull puppy cause the vet don't like them!!! I honestly dont care what you like!!! Refusing treatment for a puppy is just like refusing treatment for a human!!! complete disgrace
after 2.5 years of using them, I will be going elsewhere. They refuse to see my new puppy because it is part pit.
Extremely disappointed with your recordkeeping. After 15 years, we will no longer need your service! Your doctor tells us our cat does not need shots because of its health. Unfortunately, she does not document properly restricting us from adopting a new pet. we will no longer need any care for our animals at The Animal Clinic. We are sorry for our departure. It is unfortunate!
My family and I went to Kathy for years with no problems but today my youngest son's cat very suddenly was in desperate need of veterinary care I called there. And was put on hold (phone set down) and could hear the receptionist and Dr.Demaree discussing my ex husband who brings our dogs there still and myself. My first visit here and I am just sorry I did not find out about this place sooner. They are the most caring people I have ever taken an animal to and they care about the owners too - I have had several bad experiences at other clinics but this one is one of the best. Thanks so much to all of you !
