We've been customers of Companion Animal Clinic for probably 7+ years now and we just love them. Last week I had a first time appointment for my 4 year old hedgehog Mahoney, after I became very worried about new changes around her mouth area. Finding local veterinary offices that see “exotics” is difficult, but finding one that is actually knowledgeable about them & gives excellent and compassionate care is almost impossible. Previously, when Mahoney has been to the vet (another facility), they asked immediately if they could give her anesthesia because it is “necessary” to perform an exam on hedgehogs. My kitten was close to death when we arrived. They took him and ran him in. They had to keep him for a couple days. They took really good care of him and fell in love with him. When we picked him up he was still in bad shape because no one could figure out what was wrong with him. We took him to All for Paws and Town and Country but no one could figure out what was wrong with him. We brought him home, put him on replacement milk and wet food, and now he’s doing great. We took our dogs to limited-contact appointments last week for regular exams and shots. The staff and doctors were lovely and raised our spirits with their kindness and sense of humor. Can't recommend Companion enough.
We have been keeping our grand dog during Covid 19 outbreak and she had an emergency and Companion took her right in and cared for her. So thankful to Companion.
We took our dog to companion today for the first time and had the best experience! Such a welcoming environment. She’s very nervous when it comes to vets and she loved them all. It was a huge relief that she was happy and had a good experience. I can’t thank the staff enough.
