Always happy with their service.
I have used Caswell several times and have always had top notch service. Recently, Donna was able to get plumbers...Sam and Jonathan...to my house within a few hours because of a burst pipe. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem, explained why it probably happened and how to avoid it in the future. I will use them in the future for jobs big and small.
strung along my carpenter for 2 weeks. Told him twice in the 1st week they were coming - continued to tell him they were coming during the day - He lost the entire day both times when they didn't show - tried again the next week - Again...said they were coming - didn't show. Would never consider to hire again.
