2nd order with them, 1st one envelope ripped some cartridges lost. Called replacements arrived quickly good customer service! Have HP Photosmart 7520, print quality 5 stars still on first set, seems to be lasting longer than HP factory ones. Turned Daughter on to them, she also is very satisfied with their products.
