Beware person who answered phone was most rude packing slip warns of opening items for fear of leaking (who wants ink all over your clothes) so I had to return them they weren't shaped right either. But was afraid of getting ink all over me. when I called person on other end very rude and non caring. I will not be buying from this site ever again.

I used to use non-brand cartridges in the past, but the HP hype is that your printer is programmed to stop working if you use them. So I paid through the nose for HP cartridges, I hated every minute of it, and it cost me mega bucks a year. So I had finally had enough, and, long story short, tried out CompAndSave.
