My first order...can't beat the prices! Found them on the internet and compared them to quite a few others, they won hands down.
Returned two black cartridges ( they did not fit my printer) 2-16-17. I was hoping to get credit, never did. I do like cartridges I have ordered and will continue to order. Just a little disapointed that I did not get credit. I had got the authorization from their sales rep to send them back. Oh well!

haven't received product yet, but based on reviews here and the $ savings I am thrilled....have an older Lexmark that it was very difficult to find ink for and when i did find it, was 3-4x more than the price here! can't wait to try it out!!
