I have ordered ink from CompandSave 3 different times and have not had a problem with anything. Have saved lots of money by buying my ink from them compared to buying the HP ink for my printer.
Terrible customer service and I’ll never place an order again! I was sent the wrong ink and was told I could send it back on my dime plus a 15% restocking fee. All of this because it was outside a 10 day window. Mind you it’s still sealed in the box. I called daily and waited on hold 30+ mins each day from the date I received my order, without ever getting someone to answer me. So if you like being the one with useless ink for their mistake by all means order here!
There prices are remarkable. I couldnt find ink any where else for those prices. Very happy with my purchase.
