First the good. Fast shipping, good prices, and good return policy. Had a problem with a set of ink cartridges and they took care of it and gave me credit. I understand that problems happen so I ordered another set and received quickly. Now the bad. When I received the new cartridges the black cartridge was not the same size (XL) as the one I sent back. you should make cartridges that work. they would not function in my printer. in fact, one of them would not even click in, no matter how much i tried. absolute garbage. printer said, not hp cartridge and shut down. im sure you take advantage of many people, i just wish i wasn't one of them..
Cartridges may work for the first few months on a printer, but then they stop working. Comp and save MAY OR MAY NOT honor the warranty. You are usually just left with multiple open new print cartridge boxes only to find NONE of them work. Meanwhile, you are desperately trying to print things for work, and having to find an open retail store at 11pm at night. I would say that in the years that I have bought from them, 75% of the cartridges I have purchased HAVE NOT worked. Often, the replacements they sent were bad as well.

Quality is equal to company brands and cost is at least 60% less, with free shipping for orders over $50.00. Instead of $90.00+ I spent $29.00 for same quality and free shipping.
