worst place ever! i ordered 4 cartridges, none worked! not only can i not get my refund (after sending them back), but my printer heads are not printing properly!!! stay away!!!
I ordered 2 cartridges and installed them in my printer. Color cartridge is not being recongnized and won't work (even after following all troubleshooting tips) Black cartridge now says it's empty after printing only 2 items! I am to print a form to go along with my return...I have no ink????? Live chat goes no where, link is broken, and phone calls are just a roundabout hassle to get anyone to help. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME/MONEY!
They sold me cartriges that have expired one year ago, even though they were suppose to have one year of shelf life left it them. Also, beware of their "goid raitings". As it turned out, they just sensor and do not post negative reviews! So, proceed with caution. Just to be fair though, i did try one of the cartriges, my printer accepted it without any issues.
