I have been using these folks for printer supplies for many years. I have had no trouble with the cartridges. An earlier Epson printer balked at using OEM cartridges but I was able to get them to work by unplugging the printer for a minute and starting it up again. That Epson printer died and I replaced with an Epson 837 and I get no problems inserting replacement cartridges.
