I've been getting my ink for an HP printer for over 2 yrs from CompAndSave and I've been pleased in every way. I'd tried discount print cartridges once before and been burned with the poor quality--always leaking when I opened them to use and ink all over by the time I'd installed them. So I'd gone back to just HP ink--$$$$$. I decided to try this company and the price and quality can't be beat. I've never had a cartridge that was defective and with their great prices I don't have to hold back on any printing.

I didn't receive my order and I sent emails and call, now they want me to contact the post office and give them a tracking number, or get the post office to file a claim. Why do I have to do their job. I want a refund, I shouldn't have to wait about a month for ink cartridges. I will not order from them again and I'm contacting BBB.
found the site easy to use, got a discount & free shipping.. have ordered a black & color cartridge also refill kit which seems very easy to use
