We have lived in the Oak Ridge area for a while and just tried this place a couple of months ago. We go there at least once a week, and sometimes 2 or 3. Very good burgers, chicken fried steak, and breakfast food. I LOVE the ranchero sauce!! Service is great, people are friendly. We have got our friends hooked on this place too.
Compadre's Texas Cafe is a great local place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The breakfast tacos / burritos are huge & priced well. Burgers & the BLT are tasty! You won't leave hungry 'cause the portions are big!

Great burgers.. Almost as good as the old Hyde's cafe
It was great, as usual. Good menu, lots of choices. Reasonably priced. Service can be slow, but worth the wait. We'll be nack.
