RecommendedI have been with ccs for 6 years, have never had a problem with them until they sold out to Waste Pro Management. Trash pick up is always late, or just never come with some bogus excuse from the lady in office who could care less about it. CCS why did you sell us to these people?!
They don’t pick up trash on time then when you call the try to blame it on equipment problems or say the can wasn’t out when it was out the day before regular pick Up day and still out a day after pick up day when they finally drove down the street and didn’t stop!
What the heck is going on with this company? They were great when I 1st signed up. Was paying my bill a year in advance for several years-then out of the blue got a call ON MEMORIAL DAY that my acct was past due!$!#. I called after the holiday they said it was an error & they’d fix it. So I went to quarterly since they couldn’t grasp paying in advance. Just got another past due call WTH! I called and this rude lady said “I don’t know why that keeps happening” and hung up on me. Surely they have a real bookkeeper 😡
Please don't waste your time - go somewhere else and save yourself a headache!
If anything this company deserves a 0 star rating. Horrible company. In the two months I had this company, I had to call EVERY SINGLE WEEK for them to come pick up my trash because it was NEVER picked up!!! Ridiculous. Don’t use this company. You’ll waste your money.
I have had service with CCS for years and have never had any issues. They have always picked up in time, they have always been consistant with holiday pick (just 1 day behind depending on your pick up day). They have always been nice anytime I call for any reason. I would highly recommended them.
