this is the worst trash service I've ever had. currently on hold for the 13th time today literally and they havent picked up my trash in 2 weeks.
This is the WORST trash service I have ever dealt with, they havent picked up my trash in 3 weeks. Every time u call its poor customer service, they keep telling me next day they are going to get it for sure. They never come, they never alert when there are changes. Save your money and go to a better trash company, they are horrible.
they never pick up trash when suppose. they never answer the phones. a whole week has went by and my trash still hasn't been picked up. this is not the first time this has happened..horrible trash service. will be changing soon
I have been calling for 3 days now, no answer. No reply to voice mail or Facebook messages. Meanwhile my garbage is backing up. I wish I had never even considered this amateur operation. I will dump them asap and find a more reliable service.
Trash is supposed to be picked up on tuesday. Here it is on friday and our entire street hasn't been picked up yet. This is not the 1st time this has happened. WTF CCS?
worst trash company in existence, we pay them but they pick up on there time at maybe once a month?? they are suppose to pick up every Thursday and they won't never answer there phone
my trash has not been picked up I spoke to someone yesterday they assured me they'd be there to get it my trash is still sitting outside and somebody doesn't come get my trash I'm a put it in my truck and bring it to your property and sit it outside I paid my bill
For the past 2 weeks they haven't picked up our trash. My bill is paid and no excuse for that. I've been calling them all day long. Voice mail full.. How do a company's voice mail be full??
