Technician well versed on what was needed to be completed and proceeded to make the necessary repairs and adjustments in a very timely manner. I was able to get the broken part needed to repair my opener for $16.00 . Technician was very nice and cordial and told me you couldn’t get the part needed to repair my opener. So I purchased a new opener for over $500.00 . I should have looked on line for the part needed sooner and could have saved myself over $500.00 .
