This place is the best! They have great computers and great people who know what they are doing when you need yours fixed..Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Took working items in to be sold. Said they couldnt sell towers or wireless router or ram sticks, said they would recycle free of charge. Took monitor to test, 5 days, called said it didnt work. Asked to recycle I said no. I picked it up asked about the other items said the recycle guy picked them up already...they should really learn to hide stuff better before they lie. I'm sorry it so long for us to check out the screen, but we prioritize repairs over items we purchase. When we plugged your monitor in all we got was a white screen. We only buy those monitors for $10 if they are working so we couldn't spend much time figuring out why we didn't get a picture. The router you probably thought was yours belonged to another customer, it got hit by lightning and he needed us to check it out and write and insurance replacement quote. Phenomenal service !! You can't beat their prices either. I've had work done at other local computer stores - Comp-U-Save is by far the most reasonable. They keep you well informed on your repair. And don't try to sell you things you don't need. I'll be back for my next computer.
