This company works for Countrywide and Bank of America. They recently appraised our home for the above mentioned banks fo a short sale. The buyers had an appraisal done within 2 days of this one so there would be a comparison. The difference between the 2 appraisals was 165,000 dollars!! Comp-Time had it appraised on the high side using comps that were appeared to be by law not allowed to be used!
