My wife and I both had our eye exams here. They can do military Canada Life direct billing without delays. They do take complaint seriously when my prescription requires a recheck. Both Dr. Shannon and Amber are helpful and professional optometrists. Hopefully in future can offer something like 10% military discount, I can add your store to our Comox military recommended list website if needed. Thank you.
Dr. Moore is amazing, very attentive and obviously takes great pride in ensuring all aspects of eye health. I have recently had multiple surgeries for detached retina, Dr Moore performed multiple tests and followed up immediately with a referral to a local Opthalmologist.
