Great Place to live for U of M students with families.
Best place to live for UMN Grad Student. Wholesome community, beautiful place 😊
Great place for grad students to stay. Isolated from the busyness of campus yet still convenient enough to get around through buses. Quiet surroundings and supportive residents make this a great place.
We loved our 4 years there! I think the only major downside would be having thinner walls. The community always seemed to have options to participate in if you wanted to connect and we loved all the facilities (volleyball, garden plot, renting the party room, etc). Maintenance was timely and they kept on top of communication with the residents.
