The facilities are amazing, what i like most is the parking spot availability, cleanliness, LuxerOne service, the play ground and easy access of one click payment system

Very great place to live—with a wide demographic of renters. Management has always been happy to help and extremely friendly. Would recommend if you’re looking to live in the Como area!
Love this community. Lived here for 3 years, moved home for a year and then came back and they were just as welcoming as the first time!
