"Great experience with the maintenance team. Requesting repairs was easy, and the tech team responded quickly. Issues got fixed promptly, and the communication was clear. Thanks to the facility Management for their responsiveness and efficiency
Look elsewhere. You really get what you pay for. the laundry machines have been broken for over a month and a half with only 2 that work. People don’t know how to take out their laundry or leave clothes in machine overnight too. Mind you, there are 30+ units in a building. It has not been fixed or attended by management during our time living here. We make multiple pest control request to get rid of the worst kind of the worst insect pest in our apartment.
