This is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful, quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are great and rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. I love the convenience of the location parking garages. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

Dirty carpets in hallways that are old and stained and the hallway walls haven't been painted in years. The hot tub was closed for months on end and the pool didn't even open well into the season last summer. Fence never put up around the garden. They expect a perfection clean at the end of your lease even if you got far from that upon move-in. It is absolutely NOT a smoke-free complex as they advertise.
