Got evicted
I'm giving 1 star due to heating issues. The heating breaks down about once a week. They supposedly fixed it, but in reality, they haven’t. My issue isn't so much with the company managing the apartments but with the maintenance staff, and I'll explain why. Every time the heating fails, management sends someone to try to fix it and apologizes for the inconvenience. However, the maintenance staff does not follow the same approach. When a unit is uninhabitable, the tenants should be rehoused per MN statute. Water pouring into your unit requires immediate relocation. They know this and that's why you were asked what you wanted. Renters not knowing the laws allows property owners to get away with breaking the law. It doesn't matter how nice living here is, if they stick it to you when you move out. Check the laws to see what MN considers normal wear n tear for carpeting. Then recoup losses in small claims to get your money back.
I love living here i just think the wash and dryer is way to expensive
