Arman was amazing. Very polite and excellent quality of work. He removed a long time oil stain off our concrete driveway. It looks great. Very efficient and quick and reasonable.

100% your guys to wash your house's exterior!! Arman and his helper took such great care to power wash our home with the correct substances that actually removed the grime. I wasn't able to get any of the grime off with my own power washer but Arman was able to wash all the siding and deck and made it look brand new! It took him 4 hours but he didn't rush or get cranky. He was very kind and tedious and made sure to wash every inch possible, even multiple times. Thank you for the beautiful cleaning job that you did! 5 stars!

My 30+ year old deck has been reborn. The pressure washing was completed in one day. Time for drying then the sanding and protective sealing work were completed. Como Maintenance Services staff were a pleasure to work with. Also, had the 40 year old siding cleaned. Very satisfied with both. Highly recommended. Below are before and after photos. Amazing!

I recently had Arman from Como Maintenance Services drop by for a quote on re-doing some old interlock that was starting to fail. He assessed the situation with professionalism and pointed out solutions I wouldn’t have considered – options that will actually extend the life of my sagging patio.
