My experience while at Community Med was great. However, the billing experience has been terrible. I provided my insurance card when I arrived and asked to pay my copay. They told me they would send me a bill. I received a bill a few weeks later for a “cash” payer. I called their billing department and after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes the lady explained that they did not enter my insurance information correctly and to ignore the bill. They make you wait an hour before you can talk to anyone about anything, your deductible, insurance, registration, anything it's crazy. From the first step they do not care not sure why anyone would trust their care. Wish I would have went to my usual place. There are plenty of better options
