I typically experience 5 star care at this Urgent Care but today was 3, unfortunately. The nurse/medical assistant, Erica, lacked compassion and was dismissive in her interactions with me. I came here for a sprained ankle and with crutches. Erica barely held the door open enough for me to get through so my daughter opened the door to allow me to get through. Great experience! The kind of place you want to visit when you’re sick! The entire staff made me feel like a valued customer. They were thorough and efficient and I appreciated the service they provided.
My child never got their prescription sent to our pharmacy, no after visit care papers or email. Called them back several times nobody knew what’s going on transferred me a bunch of times then hung up on my call while they were checking for his paperwork. Horrible!!!
They are AMAZING. The wait time was minimal even for a busy morning, the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
My son went in as an asthmatic patient . He was discharged with no treatment administered . instead had a prescription sent to cvs( which was closed.) Thankfully I called urgent care before they closed and they then had to call it into Walgreens which is 40 minutes away from our home . My son is 18 and his first time at urgent care alone . He called me after he left and that’s how I found out there was no treatment given to him at the time of the visit .
