I was very impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the staff at CommunityMed Family Urgent Care - Prosper. Each step throughout the appointment was handled smoothly and with care. From the check-in to the tech triage, and then with the doctor, all the people provided clear information and efficient, quality service. I can without reservation recommend this urgent care center.
What a crappy, incompetent and inhumane service!!! I tried doing their online check-in multiple times. I kept getting an error after putting in the insurance information. I had to do the whole thing each time, but kept getting the error right after the insurance information. Their website had a bug, I explained this to the individual at the reception and asked if there was any other way to do the check in. Waited almost 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me and I need to make an appointment with my regular doctor. They did collect my copay though!
