Whoever answers the phone is unprofessional and rude. She doesn't even listen to callers. Every time I call to book for an appointment, she is always in a hurry to get off the phone or doesn't even listen to callers. I think receptionists should be good listeners and friendly. Then when you go there with an appointment, they make you wait in your car like more than 30 minutes -1 hr in your car.
