The receptionist here is completely clueless. She didn't want to have my son seen for a hand injury because we didn't have a workman's comp claim number. This is a paperwork issue and should NOT STOP THE ACTUAL CARE NEEDED! Receptionist didn't think of giving the self pay option and then get reimbursed later. This receptionist was ready to make sure the hand injury was not going to be addressed all simply for a paperwork issue.
I called the Care Center before going, to make sure my insurance would be accepted, since as a senior citizen, I know there have been changes to our Medicare. I was assured that my medical insurance was accepted at this Facility. I was in a lot of pain , and had been under the weather for a few days, with a lot of upper respiratory congestion. Staff is very friendly, I really appreciated the receptionist, and the young nurse, she was above and beyond phenomenal
