Where to begin when I first started going here it was fine but if you do go here just be mindful of a few things They do mess up on billing often They won’t notify you when you owe them money they will just let it build up I recently found out from insurance company that they been charging my account up to 657 dollars they tried to blame it on my insurance but they are filing claims incorrectly which I have evidence to back that up. Just not the same since Dr. Ash left. Definitely not booking again. Believe the complaints you read.
My husbands appointment was at 10 am. Once he was called to the back, he was completely forgotten about. He was not seen until 11:45! Then when the doctor does come in she was rude and basically rushing my husband when he had questions at the end. We will NOT be back here.

I am in agreement with all the reviews that have stated that this clinic has lost all credibility and accolades since it became Community MD. they don't answer the phones, the phlebotomist that stuck me is incompetent, my medicine that was prescribed by the Dr. wasnt called in and it was a back and forth to get them to call in my meds , only to realize that they left one off the list, after about 20 calls from both my wife and I, it still has not been called in.
