Since Community MD has taken over things have gone downhill. Wait time is extremely long even when there is no one else in the waiting room. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was to submit a prescription for me and it’s six days and counting and my pharmacy is yet to receive it. Each day I call the office I keep getting the run around. My mom and I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 AM. They suggested that we get there at 10. The Doctor Who I saw previously is no longer there, but no one bothered to call to let me know. After waiting for an hour, I went up to the front desk to inquire about the wait. The receptionist said that the nurse practitioner was seeing several patients that had a lot of issues. Called in for an appointment and they said they had an opening at 10:15. I have been sitting here for an hour and still have not been seen. Asked the women at the desk why it was taking so long and she said he had 3 new patient appointments today. What does that have to do with me and my appointment? and the availability that you said you had when I spoke to you specifically on the phone? Very unprofessional.
Used to be amazing when it was just Dr. Ash and his staff but ever since it became CommunityMD a couple of years ago it has been downhill. I called the office and was informed Dr. Ash is no longer at the clinic. Dr. Ash was the only reason anyone would tolerate the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this clinic. I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.
