THE WORST EXPERIENCED. My daughter has not gotten or seen the dentist in a few years and I finally got map and was so excited for her to get a cleaning. Since I work during the day I got the latest appointment @5pm and Krystal the “hygienist “ cleaned her teeth in 10minutes…. I thought we were getting good help and a good cleaning. I think she just wanted to go home as soon as possible. JJ
If I could give 0 I would. I called as a new patient. I was told I should go to urgent care verbage they couldn't see me for 6mos. I told them I just need a rx refill, it's not urgent so I'll wait. I've waited 5.5mos and I got a call last week saying they needed to reschedule me please call back. I called back and sat on hold for 20 mins. Then realized it was after 6pm so they were likely closed. Called back and got an answering recording to leave a message. I left a message and a week later I've still gotten no return call.... read more
Dr Brettmann is a great provider! Super attentive to the patient and always gets the job done!
