Rude, unorganized, late, unprofessional, non caring.
This is probably one of the best Community Care I’ve been to They are really helpful and informative all the staff & My dentist Adam Garaas Literally has magic hands He’s very gentle and does his best to accommodate his patients. I really appreciate the staff and him for all the The work he has done on me I recommend 10/10 :)
I would not even give this facility a one star it is the worst facility I’ve ever been to. They are terrible. I had a counselor lie on my case information state things that were not true and I also never receive good service. People sit at the desk when they’re doing nothing and don’t even check you in. This has been the worst healthcare experience I have ever had in my entire life and I don’t think it’s going to be better. I was sent away when I had preeclampsia. THE WORST EXPERIENCED. My daughter has not gotten or seen the dentist in a few years and I finally got map and was so excited for her to get a cleaning. Since I work during the day I got the latest appointment @5pm and Krystal the “hygienist “ cleaned her teeth in 10minutes…. I thought we were getting good help and a good cleaning. I think she just wanted to go home as soon as possible. JJ
