The clinic is fine, but the service is terrible, the nurses treat you reluctantly they leave you waiting until more than an hour even if there are no patients waiting, then they call you, they take your vital signs and send you back to the waiting room, because there are never rooms available, this is definitely the worst Community Care clinic, they give you an appointment at one hour and you have to wait in the waiting room for 1 whole hour then they put you in the room and the doctor does not appear until an hour later, th... read more
O estrellas! La doctora no responde los msjs ni para recargar los medicamentos.
En realidad puse una estrella solo para poder calificar, es la segunda vez que vengo a esta clínica y realmente intento comprender su tiempo de espera, no tienen pacientes y aun asi la espera es larga, llevo 1 hora y 20 min esperando a que me atiendan, cuando entre vi a 4 personas frente a computadoras, no se si realmente su atención es mas en línea pero intento comprender tanto tiempo de espera
I was at this place mainly bcz of Ms . Straus( FNP-C) though I have the ability to meet up with any provider at any facility . She is an amazing person with an awesome Knowledge and kindness . I have known her since 2019. After she moved from William cannon location I was very devastated but at least now I get the chance to meet up with her for other care at this location as well as to direct my daughter to her. God bless her . Staff was also ok to me .
