This office is terrible. I had so many issues just getting birth control "it wasn't in stock" when they knew I had an appointment in advance.
Had an appointment today i got there 30 mins early, walk to the door to check in for my appointment just for them to be closed. Nobody advice of the changes or that clinic was going to be close. I lost a day of work for nothing. This is very upsetting. My appointment wasn't canceled. They just let me show up knowing I wasn't going to be seen today.

The absolute worst experience in my life. I got my IUD and not only did no one tell me anything about medicine that I could take to make the experience easier, but the doctor looked at me like I was such an inconvenience when the pain was excruciating and making me wail. She told me that I just need to breathe and stop screaming. Now that I know there were so many options they could have given me and how many women are just never told, I want to warn anyone that this is one of those places
Iv been a patient here for 3 years and I always feel very welcomed and handled in a timely manner by the front desk Ashley she is amazing and always gets me scheduled for my next visit.
