This experience at Stellar Bank was certainly less than "Stellar". I went in to request a document be notarized. Not an unusual request at a bank from a business account holder. I was eventually greeted with disinterest (similar to a DMV transaction). I was told with indifference that they "can't" (translated - won't) notarize my document due to the type of document.
