Community West has been a pleasure to work with for the past 7 years. Staff is always friendly and their rates are always competitive. I can't imagine banking anywhere else!
As others have said, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Over the past 4 ish years having a loan through them I've experienced nothing but issues. Figured my problems would be over when I paid off the loan but that wasn't the case. From the beginning I tried to set up auto pay, the same way that my mortgage and several other bills are set up to auto pay, only for Community West to tell me thats not how auto pay works. Watch out with this Bank. They'll claim you owe them a debt. Have half of maybe your information. Won't let you dispute it. Then lie to you again and take all your money... then send a court document saying nothing owed until things change... after that they never return any of my calls.. scammers Then they comment a lie . "I will call you" .. yeah right! Like you took my money. Then you act like you're going to call just to cover up your lie.
