I was sent a card had an account set up a savings and direct deposit linked with my car load ETC. My card came in the mail so i call the active it. No account information is available. I go to set direct deposit up and no information is available and now my direct deposits are all messed up! So im not sure how i can have a bill and an account and everything but yet have no information. Their credit card operation is nor working well. They reported to the credit bureaus that my cc balance is 249k, humdred times the actual number, which dropped my credit by 30 points.. They recently replaced a well-functioning payment system with a clunky, archaic one from 20 years ago and they sent me a card with a non-functioning chip,. Credit card operation is an unmitigated disaster.
Community West has been a pleasure to work with for the past 7 years. Staff is always friendly and their rates are always competitive. I can't imagine banking anywhere else!
As others have said, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Over the past 4 ish years having a loan through them I've experienced nothing but issues. Figured my problems would be over when I paid off the loan but that wasn't the case. From the beginning I tried to set up auto pay, the same way that my mortgage and several other bills are set up to auto pay, only for Community West to tell me thats not how auto pay works.
