Overly expensive, took 2+ hrs for a procedure which should only take 20 min max. Because of the delay they knocked $20.00 off of a $230.00 charge for fob programming for a key fob they charged me $186.00 for... Why does 10-20 min fob programming cost $230.00? Because they have a monopoly and you have no choice, that's why.
True definition of "stealership." I went there 3 times for the same engine code. I paid quite a bit, and it's still not fixed. If your car is out of warranty I would go somewhere else.
