This place is absolute garbage. I called and asked a simple question of which car battery I needed to replace for my car and they would not give me any useful information so I would have to come down to the dealership and pay way more than I had to. They also were going to charge me so much money just to replace my cabinet air filter when it’s a very simple fix you can do yourself and the part is very inexpensive. Be careful when getting maintenance from this dealership.
Edit: since this location wants to lie with their reply, I took it to another shop after I left VW and 2 wheels were completely not in alignment. They even helped put the tires back into their original position before VW messed with it, There is NO radial pull because my car drives perfect after this new alignment (which is what it needed). Unprofessional and shoddy work. This place use to be great but they must have switched all their mechanics out for new workers. Take your vehicle to a professional who knows how to work on German cars. There’s a great place in Arroyo Grande called Bavarian auto house. These clowns at VW will create excuses for everything while charging double.
I went to community Volkswagen for an alignment. My wheels came out of alignment BEFORE I had gotten a tire rotation a week before. When I went in, I explicitly told them that they didn’t need to touch the wheels, they just needed to align my car. I also added on a couple extra maintenance services since I was in the shop. After a 2.5 hour wait on a Friday, they give me my car and tell me they didn’t have to do an alignment because they instead moved 3 of my tires and everything is smooth sailing. Poor quality service. They don’t care about you or your car, they just want your money. Go elsewhere.
