Arranging for a loaner car for the recall work was such a helpful gesture for us since we live in SLO. Also, the service manager Armando's customer service is the best ever!!!
Sometime April 11 2025, I went online to schedule service for an issue on my vw vehicle, to my surprise the available slots were in the beginning of May. So the chat bot appeared and asked what I needed etc. There's an issue on my wipers turning on by itself and I don't even have rain sensing wipers. And this always happens on sunny days. Unfortunately, I was quoted three (3) times actual cost for parts on a clutch repair for my 2019 Jetta. The total quoted was over $3,800.00 for a clutch repair including a new flywheel. The dealership marks up the needed parts 300% with zero consideration for the customer. This selfish and greedy dealership policy refuses to treat the customer with fairness. I have never owned a VW and always liked the Bugs, Passats, Jettas and Old Busses. I finally had the opportunity to purchase a brand new 2021 VW ID.4 in August of 2021.
