Renovation is needed. Houses are really poorly built. The water stains the ceilings are brown they paint over it and they put the light near the water stains so when the light is on you don’t see them. Maintenance sucks don’t fix nothing or come out when called if they do come out they tell you nothings wrong or do the job half way .
