Houses poorly built cracks in foundation, water stains in ceiling, molding. Have some type of plumbing problem. Rent steady increases with no upgrades just same problems. The cracks and cracks in door ways windows carpet is what's causing pest.

Renovation is needed. Houses are really poorly built. The water stains the ceilings are brown they paint over it and they put the light near the water stains so when the light is on you don’t see them. Maintenance sucks don’t fix nothing or come out when called if they do come out they tell you nothings wrong or do the job half way . Paint jobs sucks poorly painted they pretty much paint over everything. The popcorn ceilings. The raggedy doors. Water stains on ceilings get painted over .
