I've been here several times. The last two in the past few days unfortunately. Usually this place is great, and pretty prompt for an urgent care. However, the past two times the staff in the back seem miserable, and the nurse or tech who came in with my daughter and I had terrible bedside manner. I've never had someone just tell a kid they are doing a procedure and just rush right to it. Seems to go better when it's explained to a child what is going to happen. Do not waste your time. They do not return calls. The customer service is very lacking.
I got two shots for my back and it has really helped.Did not have a long wait and staff and doctor was very caring
Dr. Hornsby is the best!!! All staff are very nice and professional.
Wonderful place, Doctors are effectively taking care of the patients, Not a long wait would recommend to all my family and friends
