I was in there on 5-25-2019 I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis, I was told my prescription for a zpac and steroid was sent to Walmart pharmacy. they never called it in, when I called on 5-26-19 to have them call I was told they would call me back, they never did, I called again and was told they couldn't call it in I would either have to wait till 5-27-19 to be seen (and pay again) or wait till Wednesday and hope the Dr that saw me would call it in! all while I'm running fevers and coughing and hurting! RUDE RUDE RUDE. They acted like I was there just for a doctor's note, well jokes on them I didn't need it I just wanted it to cover my ass at work. I was there because I was sick and the nurse and doctor treated me like crap. I heard them speak to other patients as well they were rude to everyone. Never go back!
They're rude to begin with but there is no one else here and we just now got sent to a room. Eating and singing and chit chat is more important than patients today. Did I mention they're rude??
Worst place I ever been takes u 4 hours just to be seen for 20min
Everytime my daughter or myself needs to be treated, I know I can trust this urgent care. The nurses are super nice & the female doctor is very professional. They always seem genuinely concerned about our health & I like that!!
