I love this place. So much better than any other Urgent Care in Springfield and definitely better than going to our "great" emergency room. If they can treat you there, they will. They always do great with my kids and I. Will never go anywhere else as long as they're open.

That staff was very friendly even when came to my son's name. I had forgot my id and they kept the paperwork and allowed me to run home to get it and not have to start over. Doc figured out what was wrong and got us in and out in no time. *Update* first Urgent Care to ever do a follow-up call 2 days later to check up on a patient. When I informed them that some other symptoms had occurred with my child, the doctor called me back within 5 minutes.
