HORRIBLE customer service. Sally was terrible to our family. I don’t understand how you can own a “business” and treat the people who keep you in business so poorly.
Made order and paid over the phone. After and hour and a half of nothing I called, staff said "should be leaving soon". Waited another hour and called back, busy signal for a half hour. When someone finally answered I explained the situation and I got hung up on. Tried calling again and nobody answered. Got charged, no food, no answers.
I have ordered from them for the past three years but tonight they forgot an order n the owners hung up on me twice when I called. Not gonna share as well what she said to me as well as I Am a paying customer every week
you could try to answer your phone when people call you 11 times in a row!!! I'm done with this place!! thanks for nothing! by the way... you should fire your entire staff and hire people who give a f#$k!!
Great food when they get it right. But - since when do they put jalepeno peppers on a crispy chicken salad?! Wasn't happy. Very inconsistant and the kitchen staff needs better training!
Food is always fantastic, service is great as well
we just orders pizza, 2nd time in the past 2weeks. it was incredible, Sally and her team. Awesome.
This man is currently a delivery driver for this business. I’ve made the owners aware, and they choose to ignore my messages! Don’t eat here if you don’t want to support racists.
