I’ve been a patient at Community Supported Family Medicine with Dr. Dickinson for many years. I had some trepidation when she sold the practice. However, the new owner, Jennifer Novotny is wonderful. She’s conscientious, caring and attentive. She is also very available for questions and concerns. She focuses on the whole person with the goal of thriving, not just surviving. Dr. Robin is what you dream of in a doctor. I have bad insurance and some tricky medical issues, and she always takes the time to help me sort them out. She really knows me as a person, so she recommends things that are practical and sensible for my own lifestyle and priorities. Plus - and this is a big deal - I never have to worry about a huge bill coming later. I pay one, very low monthly fee and just get to have her as my doctor whenever I need one. Unprofessional. Don't recommend. Outside looking in I would never go here.
Had our first visit with Dr. Dickinson today. This is the kind of care I've been searching for. Someone who knows what she's talking about and spends the time to be helpful and answer questions. We are enjoying getting to know Dr. Dickinson. My 1.5 year old son was totally comfortable in her office and they interacted well.
