The doctor really listened to me took his time to answer all my questions. I am recovering from a stroke so it was a bit hard to explain everything but Dr. Chen was very patient and understanding.

I stated that I was referred by my neurologist for my Chiari. He walked in, asked me what I expected him to do for me. And that I obviously need surgery. And again asked what I want him to do. I just walked out. I will NEVER go to that office again. I have never felt so belittled in my life.
I hired him to replace my battery and check for broken leads. Doctor found broken leads but didn't repair them. He stated that I was consulted about not repairing them, impossible I was under anesthesia. The unit caused pain from the beginning. I had unit removed waiting now to find if the pain and swelling is a bacterial infection or allergy to the metal. My complaints were ignored. I'm grateful I found a competent physician with compassion.
